Mary was born on February 10, 1927, in Kansas City, MO. She married Glen Ballinger and together they loved their son, Jay Jackson, and daughter, Sherry Jackson. Mary lived in Kansas City, MO for 88 years, until moving to Laguna Beach, California to live with her daughter.
Mary had a passion for traveling, church, family, spending time with friends, going to the beach, and dancing. All who knew Mary knew of her uplifting spirit and passion for dancing with Glen. She was a light and joy to others.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband Glen, her sister Gloria Williams, and her mother, Paralee Mae Case. She is survived by her two children, Jay and Sherry Jackson, her niece, and several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held in Kansas City, MO, once travel restrictions have been lifted. Relatives and friends are welcome to join, once a date and time have been announced.
