HINMAN was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all friends and family, as well as the water polo and swimming disciplines. He has had an impact on so many lives throughout his lifetime, both in an out of the water, across multiple generations. A great story teller, gentleman, scholar, coach and educator, his sometimes humorous and satirical nature further enhanced his ability to reach so many diverse individuals throughout the years. Once when asked, "Why do people call you "HINMAN", (including his wife and family!) isn't that confusing?, he would answer. "No confusion; they call Superman, just Superman, right?"! I guess when you are truly one of a kind, one only needs a single name! He will truly be missed. NJB Scott's Celebration of Life Service wil be open to the public. It will be held on Sunday, May 21st from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon at the OC Fairgrounds in the Los Alamitos Exhibit Hall. The Fairgrounds do charge minimally for parking. http://never-gone.com/Memorials/?m=zd9p/3MNZljWSJzFj7hXpw%3d%3d
