Mr. Albert Jackson “Jack” Church, age 91. A native of Birmingham, AL and a longtime resident of Mobile, AL died on Thursday, October 25, 2012 in Plantation, FL. Mr. Church retired from Alcatel-Lucent. He was preceded in death by his wife, Johnnie Church. He is survived by his three children, Thomas Russell Church, Sr., Michael J. Church, Diane McIntosh; siblings, Doris (James) Stuart, Bill (Louise) Church; sister in law, Libby Church; four grandchildren, Melissa (Kyle) Whithorn, Thomas R. Church Jr., Lezley (Jack) Naquin, Adrian McIntosh; two great grandchildren, Sage Whithorn and Alexandria Naquin. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 2, 2012 at 12 noon from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 2, 2012 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
