Alice Patricia Benson-Creighton, of Semmes, AL, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Friday, January 24, 2025 at the age of 78.

Born March 19, 1946 she was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Alice will always be remembered by her bright smile and cheery laugh.

Alice is survived by her husband Walter Merle Creighton, and her children; Theresa Lynn Dunn (Terry Dunn), Jeffery Walter Creighton (Michelle Creighton) and 4 grandchildren; Shawn Walter Burnham, Thomas Gilbert Burnham, Tripp Jeffery Creighton, and Paige Camellia Creighton.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Samuel Benson and Ruby Benson.

Visitation will be held at Semmes First Baptist Church, Wulff Rd on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 beginning at 10:00 a.m.. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the church sanctuary. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
