Alyce McClay Bennett, 95, died Monday, May 22, 2023 in Country Meadows. She was born May 6, 1928 in Selma, Alabama. Her first husband, Malcolm M. McClay, III died in 1995 and her second husband, Rev. Dr. H. Burwell Bennett, Jr. died in 2005.

Surviving are her children, Meaghan McClay and Mickey McClay; her step-children, Keith Bennett, Craig Bennett, and David Bennett; and a granddaughter, Taylor Robeson.

Visitation for Mrs. Bennett will be held at Radney Funeral Home – Mobile on Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am at Mobile Memorial Gardens, Mobile, Alabama
