Mrs. Annie C. Hyde Britt, age 87 and native of Mobile, AL, passed away at home on Friday, October 10, 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Annie K. Barton, son John Hyde, husbands John I. Hyde, Norman Britt, brother William Barton and sister Lou Capps. She was a graduate of Murphy High School and a longtime member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church. Mrs. Britt is survived by her sons Mark Hyde (Connie), James Hyde (Becky), grandchildren Jeremy Hyde, Jennifer Castle (Phillip) and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at St. Ignatius Catholic Church on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Catholic Cemetery..
