Mrs. Barbara Joan Parker, age 70. A native of Kingman, Arizona and a resident of Grand Bay, Alabama died on Thursday, October 6, 2011. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Kingman, Arizona and First Baptist Church in Gautier, Mississippi. He is survived by her husband of 28 years, Mr. Harvey Braxton Parker; children, Vincent Ray Ashley, Terri Lynn (Jeff) Snyder, Holly Joan (David) Minter, Steven Allen Ashley; step children, Kathy Parker, Tony L. Parker; brothers, James Todd, Joseph Todd; sister, Betty (Wilbert) Prock; thirteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 10, 2011 at 10:00 AM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Sunday evening from 5 to 8 PM at the funeral home. Arrangements under the direction of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, Mobile, AL.
