Betty Talbert Minto was born on March 9, 1932 in Mobile, Alabama and passed away peacefully on September 9, 2025. She is preceded in death by her parents Sydney Thomas and Ruth Perry Talbert, her beloved husband of 43 years, Robert B. Minto "Bobby" and brother Tommy Talbert. She is survived by her brother Jerry Talbert and wife Beverly Talbert and her children Cindy Minto Paul, Robin M. Steber (Arthur) of Birmingham and Robert B. Minton, Jr. "Rusty" and wife Nita Minto of Silverhill, Alabama.
Seven grandchildren; Katherine L. Paul "Katie", Ryan C. Paul (Brook), Arthur Warren Steber, Jr. (Danielle), Robert Paul Steber "Rob" and wife Tara, Rachel Martin (Zack), Teresa Hudson and Haleigh Howell (Joseph) who knew her best as Mimi. Nine great-grandchildren, Tinsley Davis, Norah Steber, June Steber, Bobby Steber, Matthew and James Eibe, Odin Martin, Brayden Hudson and Grace Howell also survive her.
Betty was an active member of the Stephens Ministries and a deacon of Springhill Presbyterian Church. She graduated from Murphy High School in 1949. She began her working career at Phillips Furniture Store in downtown Mobile. She was later employed by Merchants National Bank for 16 years in night bookkeeping and after 20 plus years retired from Mobile Urology Group. After retirement she spent many years as a volunteer at Mobile Infirmary Auxiliary.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.

Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home-Mobile on Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. Graveside services will be held at Pine Crest Cemetery, 1939 Dauphin Island Pkwy., Mobile, Alabama beginning at 1:00 p.m.
