Billie Earl Foster – A native of Laurel, MS and resident of Mobile, AL died Wednesday, September 19, 2012 in a local health care facility. She was preceded in death by her husband, William David Foster, Sr.; and her parents, Bill and Claudia West. She is survived by four children, Neal Foster, Mobile, AL, Aubrey Dale (Tashia) Foster, Sr., Mobile, AL, William David (Brenda) Foster, Jr., Vinton, LA, and Claudia Adelia (Glen) Phillips, Mobile, AL; one brother, Benny (Hazel) West; one sister, Faith (Mike) Burnette, Richton, MS; two aunts, Lois Jones and Jessielee Hollingsworth; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Friday, September 21, 2012, from 5-8 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. from Foster Grove Holiness Church. Interment will be in Pierce Creek Cemetery.
