May the God of comfort continue to sustain your family during this most difficult time.As your remember her sweet and loving nature please share your memories with her grandchildren.Talking about her will comfort them and give them peace of mind until they see her again.Hug them often as "Billie" did when they were with her.(Proverbs 3:5,6)Agape'

I am truly saddened by this news, Billie was my neighbor & friend and she will be missed by all of us.   My thoughts & prayers are with you all.   May God wrap his loving arms around you & comfort you during this very difficult time.

Especially to Teresa Hardin:  Teresa I am so sorry for your loss.  You have been throught a lot in the past week or so and I know your heart is heavy.  Just remember that prayers are with you and God will see you through.  Sorry I can't be there for you but know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

My sincere sympathy goes out to the Franklin family.  Billie was one of the sweetest person you could ever meet.  I know she will missed by many.

Dan, Starlet, Clay, and family, David and I will really miss Billie. We loved her dearly as she was the most humble giving soul we know. We look forward to seeing her in the new system and are only relieved that she no longer suffers so. You are in our continued prayers. We love you as we did Billie.

My sincere heartfelt prayers are with the Franklin family during this very sad time.  Billie was a wonderful woman and a very dear friend of our family.

We are saddened by the loss of Billie.  We know that whatever Billie suffered will soon be replaced by great joy!  Billie is now resting waiting for Jesus to call her name in the Great Resurrection right here on our beautiful earth!  Then is when Billie will be her happiest never to be ill again!  Her hope will be realized as she loved our beautiful god, Jehovah!  Rest in Peace dear sister!  Until then......

Although I only had the priviledge to meet Billie twice, I could since what a sweet soul she had. Even though her leaving was only days after her Mom, I picture them together, knowing each other even better than they knew each other while walking this earth. I believe deep in my heart that Alma, Billie, Ray and all the others gone on before are having the best time together with our Lord. A note to the ones left here, be happy for them and not so sad for ourself. One day we will all be togher again. You're all in my prayer.

Billie was an incredible and sweet woman. No matter what her personal circumstances were she would be there to help in an instant.  She loved her family. Her grandchildren meant the world to her.  Through her personal struggles she never lost faith in Jehovah God and the hope that she will live forever without death or pain or sickness. Her contagious smile and laughter will be missed by many.

Billie had a compassionate heart and a beautiful smile and I always loved her. Her family was most important and she loved those grandbabies. I know those of us that have accepted the Lord as Savior will see her again one day.
