Cecil Ray Norris Sr.

Cecil Ray Norris, Sr. – a native of Clarke County, AL and resident of Mobile, AL died Saturday, November 9, 2013 in a local hospital. He was a former member of Bethel Holiness Church. He retired with International Paper Company after 43 years of service. Mr. Norris was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Wayne Norris, son, Ray Norris; and nephew, Wren Norris. He is survived by five sons, Rodney (Missy) Norris, Cody (Mily) Patton, Bobby (Renee) Golemon, Nathan (Heidi) Golemon and Shane (Cathy) Golemon; two daughters, Joan Norris and Mena (James) Parmar; sixteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and other relatives. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 12 p.m. prior to services. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
