He is survived by his son, Braxton Blake Brantley.
He is also survived by his siblings Rebecca (Becky) Sue Brantley McCamey, Lindsey Shayne Brantley and Angela Elizabeth (Beth) Brantley Strifler.
Chad's Funeral Services will be held at the Olive Branch Baptist Church in Evergreen, AL. Address.3997 Old Greenville Rd Evergreen, AL 36401, at 5:00 p.m. on the 25th of June.
After the services we will be holding a time of fellowship and celebration of Chad's life at his home in Evergreen, AL
Chad was an amazing Dad, brother, friend and human!! He was the kindest, most loving, most caring and most unselfish person I have ever known on this earth. And a bit hardheaded!! LOL!!
Chad is loved by so many and he is so very missed by so many!! We all love you Chad so very much.
