Claudiette Emily Kemp

Claudiette Emily Kemp – A native and lifelong resident of Tanner Williams passed away Thursday, February 15, 2024 in a local health care facility. She retired from the University of South Alabama where she worked in the Geology and Geography Department for more than 20 years. Claudiette was a longtime member of Trinity Baptist Church in Tanner Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sterling and Marcella Kemp; and two sisters, Shirley Bridges and Barbara Kemp. She is survived by her sister, Marcia Hill of Tanner Williams; two nephews, Sterling Bridges of Santa Fe, NM, and Stuart Bridges of Birmingham, AL; cousins, other relatives and friends. Graveside services for family and close friends will be held on Monday, February 19, 2024, at 11 a.m. in Shady Grove Cemetery. Arrangements are by Radney Funeral Home, 3155 Dauphin Street, Mobile, AL 36606.
