He is preceded in death by his parents Ruth and Clyde Albert Hannah, Sr., wife of almost 70 years Edna, daughter Julie Hinton and two brothers and two sisters.
Mr. Hannah served his country honorably in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was an electrician by trade and a "jack of all trades in life". He was a home builder, artist, stain glass and mosaic artist, wood carver and gardener. He was also an avid reader his entire life. This wonderful man- father, grandfather and friend will be greatly missed.
Mr. Hannah is survived by his children; Sheila Hensley (Albert), Clayton Hannah and Lisa Walker (Don). He is also survived by his six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, brothers, Gene and Steve Hannah and sisters Jeanette and Ann. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, friends and his loyal dog Trey.
Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home-Mobile on Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. with funeral services beginning in the funeral home chapel beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Semmes First Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered to St. Jude's Children Foundation.
