Danny was born May 27, 1952 in Akron, OH. Spent most of his life in Ashvelle, NC.
He is survived in death by his loving wife Glenda of 31 years. His Six kids Danny ( Melissa) Salyer, Yolanda Hawkins, Ladonna (Marc) White, James (Julie) Johnson, Allen Johnson, Douglas Johnson. 16 Grandchildren, 11 1/2 Great Grandchildren. A loving mother-in-law Bootsie Cooley. 3 Sister's in law Sissie (Mike) Thompson, Barbara May (John Chambliss), Karen Welch and special friends Henry & wife Maria. A very special Uncle/Brother Billy Ogle and many cousins, nieces & nephews.
Danny was preceded in death by his mom, Lillie Mae Plemmous Ogle and father Grady Ogle & his biological mother Betty Jean Ogle and his biological father Paul Gene Salyer, and Little brother David Salyer. Good friend Steve McElreath, and granddaughter Megan.
Serving as pallbearers will be Douglas Johnson, Henry Moore, Logan Johnson, Michael Hawkins, Eric Arnold, John Chambliss, Honorary Pallbearer Danny Salyer II.
