Dorothy Brokaw

Dorothy, a native of Mobile, AL, died Friday October 11, 2019 at the age of 94. She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, William Brokaw; her parents Joseph and Irene Gable; her brothers, Jimmy, Ernest and Cecil Gable; her sisters Velma Lee Gable and Kathleen McCurley. Her survivors include, daughter Linda (Ron) Lowe and Wm. Randall Brokaw; grandchildren Scott (DeAnna) Lowe, Shelley (Craig) Taylor, Matt (Britneigh) Brokaw; great-grandchildren Allison and Bryant Lowe, Luke and Ashlyn Taylor, Caleb Brokaw, Collin Overby, Sofia and Ruby Cosson; niece and nephews.

Services will be held at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church Mobile, AL on Wednesday, October 16, 2019. Visitation will begin at 12:30 and services at 1:30. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery West.
