
Edward Alexander “Ed” Reagan- an 89 year-old native of Lebanon, Indiana and resident of Semmes passed away Sunday, July 24, 2011. He was a World War II veteran of the United States Army, serving from 1940-45. He formerly served on the board of trustees of Nazarene University as well as for Travecca University from 1986-87, where he also served as a delegate on the Advisory Board. He was also a Gideon, a delegate to the General Assembly of the Nazarene Church, and worked with the former pastors on cleaning the land at Parkview Nazarene Church where he served as Treasurer for many years. Mr. Reagan was a highly respected member of his church family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Ida Reagan. Mr. Reagan is survived by his wife, Bernadine “Bunnie” Reagan; children: Edward A. “Eddie” Reagan, Jr. (Naga), James A. “Jimmie” Reagan (Chris), Donna Reagan, Donald R. Reagan, andStephen “Steve” Reagan; brother, Harold Reagan; sister, Marcella Bolton (Don); grandchildren: Edward, III, Naomi, Patrisa Russall, and Natalie; great-grandchildren: Kayden, Richard, Daniel, and Alex; many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street on Wednesday, July 27, 2011, at 10 a.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 26 from 5-8 p.m. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery.
