Emily Anthony Williams, age 80, departed this world on Saturday at her home, surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Maggie Nelson Anthony and her grandparents, Frank and Mary Nelson. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Rufus D. Williams; her 3 children, Patsy (Steve) Stafford, James Robert (Sheree) Williams and Barbara (Chris) Heathcoe; 8 grandchildren, Jeremy (Beth) Stafford, Nick (Heather) Stafford, John Robert (Michelle) Williams, Megan, Stephanie and Jennifer Dittmann and Sydney and Zack Heathcoe; 5 great grandchildren, Padon and Hall Stafford, Hadleigh and Colson Stafford and Presley Williams; 1 brother, Cecil (Margie) Anthony. The family wishes to express special appreciation to Gentiva Hospice, for the loving care given to our mother and especially Rachelle Brown and Marie Harris. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude Childrens Hospital or USA Childrens Hospital. Family Graveside services will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
