Frances Louise Mead Harris

Frances Louise Mead Harris, age 91, of Mobile, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2020. Frances was born November 14, 1928 in Mobile, Alabama to Marwin Marie Delchamps Mead and Louise Francis Mead.

Frances is survived by her sisters, Geraldine Turner (Robert Lee, Sr.), Patricia Downing (Patrick), and Elaine Hayes; sister-in-law, Johnnie Mead; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Cochran "J.C." Harris, Jr.; father, Louise Francis Mead; mother, Marwin Marie Delchamps Mead; and siblings, Edwin Mead, Dorothy Miller, Andrew Mead, Marie Lamm, Norman Mead, and Betty Ann Kemp.

A visitation for Frances will be held Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Radney Funeral Home, 3155 Dauphin Street, Mobile, Alabama 36606. A celebration of life will occur Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Pine Crest Cemetery, 1939 Dauphin Island Pkwy., Mobile, Alabama 36605. Pastor David Cook will officiate.

Serving as pallbearers are Joshua Dunn, Joseph Dunn, Jordan Dunn, Lee Turner, Kyle Kelly and Heath Kelly.
