Gerald Winston Criswell

Mr. Gerald Winston Criswell, born January 29, 1944 and lifelong resident of Mobile, AL, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents Clarence L. Criswell, Sr. and Edna M. Lee Criswell, sister Willie Lee Trueblood, brothers Clarence L Criswell, Jr., Franklin D. Criswell, and mother-in-law Marjorie A. Callaway. Mr. Criswell retired after 38 years of service with the Alabama Department of Transportion as an ATS Center Manager. He is a member of Luke 4:18 Fellowship . Mr. Criswell is survived by wife of 50 years, Lydia Fell Criswell, sons Jason E. Criswell, Justin O. Criswell (Beulah), two sisters, Ms. Lena Joyce Martin of Satsuma, AL, Mrs. Sharron Phyllis Porter (Roger) of Columbiana, AL, three brothers Charles Wayne Criswell (Ann), Thomas Station, TN, Royce Criswell (Judy) of Creola, AL, Robert Parker Trueblood (Sue) of Huntsville, AL. He is also survived by three grandchildren Mary, Jesse, Daniel , brothers-in-law Joe Fell (Linda), Mike Fell (Debi) and Russell Fell (Nina Sue) all of Mobile, AL. Visitation will be held at Luke 4:18 Fellowship on Monday, December 22, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 Noon. Interment will follow in Pine Crest West Cemetery, Snow Road.
