Gladys Keyland Wagner

Mrs. Gladys Keyland Wagner – a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, AL, died Friday, March 1, 2013 in a local health care facility. Mrs. Wagner was a 1938 graduate of Convent of Mercy High School. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph F. Wagner, of 64 years. She was a member of the Ladies of Charity and St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. She is survived by her children, Ann (Paul) Burkholder of Mobile, AL and Mary Jo (Jerry) Perkins of Brandon, MS; her grandchildren, Paul (Patti) Burkholder, Joseph Burkholder, Chris (Goldie) Burkholder all of Mobile, AL, Jerry (Suzanne) Perkins of Birmingham, AL, and Jennifer (Joe) Clune of Brandon, MS; ten great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives. The family will receive friends from 10 A.M. until 11 A.M. on Monday, March 4, 2013 at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 A.M. on Monday from St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church with Reverend Monsignor G. Warren Wall as celebrant. Deacon of the Mass will be Deacon William L. Tew, Jr. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Priests’ Burse Club, 3914 Cypress Shores Drive North, Mobile, AL 36619 or your favorite charity.
