Isabelle Schoichet Seiken, 93, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was a cherished mother, grandmother and great grandmother who was known for her unwavering love and devotion to her family and faith.
Isabelle was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on November 3, 1931. She resided in Mobile, AL for approximately 40 years, later moved with her beloved husband, Leonard to Orlando, Florida and then moved to Atlanta, Georgia to be close to her daughter, Marla Ross Falls.
Isabelle is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Seiken. She is survived by her children, Jay M. (the late Shelia) Ross, Marla (Bailey) Falls, David Seiken, and Susan (Lanny) Smith. Her loving grandchildren Allen (Claire) Ross, Jordan Ross, Shelby Falls, Andrew Falls, Tiffany Smith, and Josh (Jayme) Smith. She was also adored by her six great grandchildren.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to Mrs. Seiken’s caregivers, Amber, Nicole, and Tiffinae, for their loving care.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Springhill Avenue Temple Cemetery located at 765-841 Owen Street, Mobile, AL 36604.
