Mr. James Earl "Jimmy" Baxter, Jr. age 79, a native of Mobile and a resident of Satsuma, Alabama died on November 12, 2013. He was a member of Fountain of Faith Baptist Church, was a former Police Officer with the City of Prichard and worked in construction for the majority of his life. He was preceded in death by his son, Clifford Timothy "Tim" Baxter. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Faye Baxter; son, Slim (Debbie) Baxter; brother, Ronnie (Glendora) Baxter; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 2:00 PM from Fountain of Faith Baptist Church. Memorial visitation will begin on Saturday one hour prior to the service.
