James W Markham

James is preceded in death by brother, Edward (Buck) Markham and sister, Euline Hayes.

Mr. Markham is survived by his love of 58 years, Linda Roseamond Markham. His children, Patricia (Paul) Thrash, Jackie (Ronnie) Vise, Barkley (Shana) Markham; sister, Dorothy Arnold; a brother, Joe Markham; 11 grandchildren, Joshua (Kristen) Robinson, Brittany (Joshua) Reeves, Madison (Alex) Dixon, Jakob Markham, Samantha (Jeffery) Duff, and Reachel (Levi) Elmore; 4 great grandchildren, Rilynn Reeves, Tammy Robinson, Aubreigh and Harlee Duff in addition to other relatives, family and close friends.

Known as “The Legend” in the diesel engine industry he rocked Cummins of Midsouth in Mobile for 38 years. After retiring he continued his love of gardening and most of all fishing. He moves on to a better fishing spot with our Heavenly Father. He will be greatly missed by his loving family!

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 20, 2019 at Radney Funeral Home, Mobile, Al. from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral will be on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.in the chapel of Radney Funeral Home, Internment will follow in Valhalla Cemetery, .
