James Thomas Gee Martin DDS

James Thomas Gee Martin (Jimbo), 68, a resident of Mobile, passed away November 10, 2018. He was born in Selma Alabama, graduated from the University of Alabama and UAB Dental School. Jimbo has been practicing dentistry in Mobile for over 40 years, was an avid outdoorsman, participated in dental mission trips to Honduras, and gave many hours of dental work to local churches in need.

Doctor Martin is survived by his wife, Judy, daughters, Casey and Whitney, son, JB, grandson, Newt, brothers, David Davis Martin III (Monique) and Mark Corr Martin (Patricia), sister, Nancy Corr Martin, and Brother-in-law, Frank Haynes. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Stella DeLacey Martin, parents, David Davis Martin and Nancy Corr Martin, and sister, Julie Martin Haynes.

There will be a visitation Thursday, November 15, at Saint Ignatius Catholic Church from 10:30 -11:45 am with the service immediately following from Noon – 1:00 pm.
