James Edward McNeil II, 61, native of Dauphin Island, Alabama. Long time resident of Grand Bay, Alabama, passed away on February 9, 2017. He is preceded in death by his father James E. McNeil ; Mother, Mildred Harlan McNeil and his sister, Sherry McNeil McIntyre . He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 43 years Pamela Terlouw McNeil; Sister, Nancy McNeil Jones (Buddy) and mother-in-law Emma Jean Terlouw.
James’ legacy is being continued with a large and loving family. His is survived by his children James Anthony McNeil (Lisa), Christopher Sean McNeil (Carolyn), Sherry Jean Lehman (Jeremy), and Scott Edward McNeil (Amanda). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and many beloved family members, nieces, nephews and friends.
You will never meet a more loving and caring husband, father and friend. Not to mention almost 30 years of hard work as a master electrician at Huntington-Ingalls Shipyard. He was well liked and respected by the coworkers he had over his career. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 15, 2017 from 3-5p.m., followed by a memorial service at 5p.m. at Radney Funeral Home Mobile.
