James C. “JC” Williams, Born January 8, 1923 died December 8, 2014. He was born in Chatom, AL and was raised in Washington County. He worked for Delchamps Grocery until he retired. He served in the United States Army during WWII.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Victoria Williams and his daughter, Sheila Williams. He is survived by his son, Ken Williams, his three sisters, Edwina Dunlavy, Barbara Kohn and Bonnie Landrum, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be on Friday, December 12, 2014 from 11am to 12noon at Pine Crest Funeral Home with a graveside service following at 12noon. Burial will be in Pine Crest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, St. Jude Children’s hospital or the Leukemia Foundation. Arrangements under the direction of Pine Crest Funeral Home, Mobile, AL.
