Janet Elaine Corrales

Janet Elaine Corrales, 89 years old, was born on March 4,1933 to Fred and Edna Burton. She passed away on January 15, 2023 in a nearby nursing home she had been in for 7 weeks. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Bernard and son Richard. She is survived by her sons, Mark (Diane) Corrales and Gene (Pat) Corrales, grandchildren Tripp Corrales, Dana (Dennis) Dykes, Shelley (Chris) Robbins, niece Cheryl (David) McDonald and six great grandchildren Leigha, Daven, Myla, Rami, Cathrine and Drake. More loved family members are Sue Ellen Boswell (Chris), John Chambers and Mary Jenks. After graduating from Murphy High school in 1950 she married the love of her life in June of that year. She spent 70 years being a loving mom, grandma, great grandma and aunt. Her children, grandchildren, friends and extended family loved playing games, cooking and watching game shows with her. She loved and prayed for her family daily. Her life will be celebrated Wednesday January 18, 2023 at Pine Crest funeral home. A visitation will be held at 1 pm and graveside service at 2 pm. She will be missed so much but there is Joy knowing she is at peace!
