

Jason Bradley Cosper, Jr., born December 8, 1998, and a resident of Semmes, AL., passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at a local hospital. Jason was an all star soccer and football player, excelled in academics, and loved animals, swimming, listening to music, playing with friends, and Alabama football. He was a 7th grade student at Semmes Middle School, and a midfielder for Mary G. Montgomery High School’s junior varsity soccer team. Jason was a bright young boy with a promising future. He aspired to join the Marine Corps. His time with us was short, but he left a lasting impact on all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Rhonda Cosper, great uncle John N. Cox and great grandmother Anna Isabelle Cox. He is survived by his loving father, Jason B. Cosper; loving mother Elizabeth A. Cosper; loving little brother, Brennan Liam Cosper, and many other family members and friends. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated from Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church on Thursday March 15, 2012 at 10 AM. Visitation will be at Radney Funeral Home from 5 until 8 PM Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to MGM Soccer, Mary G. Montgomery High School, 4275 Snow Rd. N, Semmes, AL. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
