Jesse Sherman Ferguson

Jesse S. Ferguson - born in Glasgow, KY Dec. 20, 1939, a long time resident of Irvington, AL died Sunday, November 7, 2010, at his home, surrounded by loved ones. He is a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He was an avid Ham Radio Operator (N4HPL), a member of the Blackwell Masonic Lodge, a member of The Sons of Confederate Veterans, Dabney H. Maury Camp #1754, and a member of the Barron River Animal Welfare Assoc. He was preceded in death by his father, Sherman A. Ferguson. Survived by his mother, Jewell Day, of Louisville, KY, his wife of 45 years Dorothy “Bobbi” Ferguson, son, Jeffrey S. (Pam) Ferguson, daughter, Sheri (Jeff) Graham, grandchildren, Brandi Lyons, Kyle Ferguson, Stephanie Graham and Wyatt Graham all of Irvington, AL. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 11, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. at Christ United Methodist Church, Grelot Rd., Mobile. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 6-8 p.m. at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
