John Chadwick "Chad" McKean

John Chadwick ( Chad ) was born in Mobile, Alabama to Gerald and Catherine McKean on May 9th 1972. He was the second of four children, graduated from McGill-Toolen in 1990 and went on to graduate from South Alabama with a finance degree. Chad worked at the State Docks for the last five years where he was respected and enjoyed working with good friends. Chad was a very proud uncle of 7 nieces and nephews and spent the last several years living and caring for his mother and two nieces. Chad had many close friends who he enjoyed traveling and spending time with. More than anything Chad loved his mother dedicating the final years of his life making sure she was well cared for.

Chad is survived by his mother Catherine Eden McKean and brothers Michael and Gerald (Jeb) and a large number of family and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Sunday, February 2, 2025 beginning at 10:00 a.m.
