John Wesley Sheffield

Mr. Sheffield joined the military right after completing high school and served 20 years in the Navy and 15 years in the civil service.

Mr. Sheffield is survived by his son John Richard Sheffield and daughter Donna Anger . He is also survived by his grandchildren, Kale Starr, Audrey Anger, Anna Gonzales, Rhonda Campbell, Wesley, Travis, Austin Sheffield and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Monday, April 17, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Graveside services with military honors will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery beginning at 10:00 a.m.
