

Margaret Anne Fowler, 83, a life-time resident of the Mobile area, died Sunday the 18th of December at her home in West Mobile, AL, surrounded by her family. Born in October of 1933 in Mobile, AL. Margaret worked at the Mobile Gas Company in the 1960's where she met her husband of 48 years, Harry Daniel Fowler, Sr.. She was a former hairdresser and salon owner where she expressed her love for the latest trends and styles. She was a long-time member of Covenant Church of Mobile. She loved being with her family, going out to eat, shopping, decorating, playing games, joking around, babies and especially this time of year, Christmas. She had a welcoming smile when you came to visit and made her presence known with her famous "yew-hew!". She was a giver and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She is survived by her husband, who never left her side, Harry Daniel Fowler, Sr., her daughter Marsha Hunter Tillman, her son-in-law James G. Tillman, Sr., her late-son Billy Gene Hunter, her son Thomas Michael Hunter, her son Harry Daniel Fowler, Jr., and her daughter-in-law Yvonne Fowler. Her grandchildren Gil Tillman and wife Janie, Ryan Tillman, David Tillman, Joanna Tillman, Samantha Hunter, Erica Hunter, Jeremy Hunter, Trey Fowler, Anna Fowler, Liam Fowler and McKenzie Fowler. She also had 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She loved each of them dearly and kept close tabs on them. The Pinecrest Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
