Mary Jane Fridge, age 84, of Mobile, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2016. She is survived by her three children, Julie (Larry) Fleming, John (Vanessa) Fridge, III, and Joanna (Scott) Harris; a sister, Elizabeth Milliman; a brother, Thomas Niederkorn; and seven grandchildren, Grace Fleming, Forrest Fleming, Nate Fleming, Abby Fridge, Anna Fridge, Larkin Harris, and Mary Carlyle Harris. Mrs. Fridge was preceded in death by her parents, Norbert Niederkorn and Julia McGreevey Niederkorn; and her husband, Dr. John Carlyle Fridge, Jr. Jane was an active member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church, having been involved in the school board and various other committees. She has been a resident of Mobile since 1959, and was a member of several Mystic Societies. The family will receive friends Friday, August 12, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at St. Ignatius Catholic Church. The service will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the church. Rev.
