Mary Frances Beckham Kittrell

Mary Frances Beckham Kittrell – age 92 passed away at her home on Wednesday, July 13, 2016. She was a native and lifelong resident of Mobile. Through the years, she was the bookkeeper for their family auto glass business and eventually opened her own consignment business, "Jewels and Junk," later renamed "Mary's Corner". She was preceded in death by her husband, Braxton L. Kittrell; parents, Warner and Fannie Beckham; sister, Clara Gale; son, Michael W. Kittrell; and one grandson. She is survived by her children, Braxton L. Kittrell, Jr. (Julie), and Steven G. Kittrell (Carol); grandchildren, "Britt" (Jennifer), Brad (Jennifer), Brian, Michael (Joy), Stacey, Mary and Worth; ten great-grandchildren; three great, great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family wishes to thank her caregivers, Pat Horn, Alda Oliver, Helen Hanson and Denise Koschel. Funeral service will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street on Friday, July 15, 2016, at 1 p.m. The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. until the service hour.
