

Michael Stephen “Steve” Cain – a 67 year-old native of Dallas GA, and a resident of Mobile for over 42 years passed away Saturday, June 9, 2012. Steve was a veteran of the United States Navy. He retired from Robinson Brothers Lincoln Mercury after 25 years of service. Steve was an active member and past-president of a local mystic organization, past-president of the Optimist Club, a member of the GMAC Bowl Committee, and was an avid golfer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Romie Oscar Cain and Georgia Owens Cain; brother, Clarence Cain; and sisters, Helen Cain, Mary Cain Alsobrook, and Ruth Cain Williamson. Steve is survived by his two daughters, Samantha Cain Bloodworth (James Ronald, Jr.), and Taylor Nicole Cain; grandson, Michael Cain Bloodworth; sister, Joann Cain Arnold; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at 7 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until the service hour.
