Mrs. Mildred Christine (Ireland) Phillips, a native of Chichamauga, GA and now a resident of Mobile, died on Tuesday, November 19, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph J. Phillips . Survivors include her two sons, Richard(Carolyn) Phillips and Donald Phillips; five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren 1 sister Orlean Duncan and other relatives. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29, 2013 from 4 to 6 PM at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
