Mrs. Myrtle Oleta Pennington Rush, age 90, a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, Alabama passed away on Friday, November 7, 2014. She was a member of Riverside Baptist Church and was a former RN at Mobile Infirmary. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter N. Rush. She is survived by her children, Walter N. (Ruby) Rush, Jr., Richard G. Rush, Robin P. Rush, Martin G. (Lisa) Rush, Vicki R. (Tommy) Smith, Philip L. Rush; sister, Gwendolyn “Penny” Danison; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 10, 2014 at 10:00 AM from the chapel of Pine Crest Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Monday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Pine Crest Funeral Home, MOBILE, AL.
