We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Nick Coumanis.  He was such a pleasure to know and work with.  May his memory be eternal.  He as well loved.

My grandmother Mary Smith worked at the Princess House restaurant.  I have great memories of being a young child in the 60's and 70's watching the Mardi Gras parades from there. My condolences to your family.

Uncle Nicky was the keeper of all of our family's history, /he could tell you what our mother and fathers wore when they proposed and married..  He would give me all the info on both my mother and father..I would tell him he needed to start writing all down so we could share it with all the cousins..
He will be missed but we are at peace knowing he is watching over us and reunited with his beloved family
