Norma “Diane” Summers – A native and resident of Mobile, AL died Friday, December 30, 2011 at home. She worked as a crossing guard with E.R. Dickerson School. She is survived by her friend, Carolyn Bailey; four daughters, Donna (Richard) Sterban, Annette (Jimmy) Kirby, Mary (Tommy) Hall and Michelle (Ahren) Schoensiegel; one brother, Joe (Lois) Simmons; great-aunt, Frances Williams; eight grandchildren, Jonathan, Lauren, Taylor, Tori, Addison, Vincent, Bernadette and Abby; one great-grandchild, Eliza; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Sunday, January 1, 2012, at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday beginning at 1:00 p.m. Graveside services and interment will be Monday, January 2, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. in Tuscaloosa Memorial Gardens.
