Olvis Aaron Rawles, III, age 44, passed away at home after a lengthy illness. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Gladys Terry, grandfather, Johnny Terry, grandfather, Olvis “Jack” Rawles and aunt, Juanita Dyess. He is survived by his mother, Jeanell “JR” Rawles and father, Aaron Rawles, Jr. and his wife Vickie. He is also survived by his sister, Scarlett Michelle Malone (Ray), grandmother, Virginia Rawles, half-sister, Shena Bourne, nieces, Brianna and Zoe, other family and friends. “You were my life, my angel, my shining star. I know when I look in the sky now you are there shining over me and you are my guardian angel, I love you, mama”. “Amazing Grace – My Chains are Gone, I’ve been set free-- My God My Savior has ransomed me”--- Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Chapel service will be held in the Oakleigh Chapel beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery.
