Suzanne Pierce Vajner, a 58 year old native and lifelong resident of Mobile, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022 in Mobile, Alabama. She was a 1981 graduate of Greystone Christian School. Ms. Vajner touched many lives in her 32 years of employment as a diagnostic medical sonographer with Mobile OBGYN. She also attended City Hope Church in Mobile.
She was preceded in death by her mother, JoAnn Gregory; and grandmother, Sarah Davis. Ms. Vajner is survived by her children, Christopher Vajner, Cooper Vajner, and Spencer Vajner; her loving companion, Gary Grosz; and many other relatives and friends.
There will be a visitation held for Suzanne at Pine Crest Funeral Home at 1939 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, Alabama 36605 on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 11 AM with a funeral service at 12 PM. Interment will follow at Pine Crest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105, and Penelope House, P.O. Box 9127 Mobile, Alabama 36691.
