Royce was born October. 14, 1946 in Georgia to William and Runette Collins. Royce was a veteran in the United States Navy. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Royce did not meet a stranger.
Royce is survived by his devoted wife, Gale Collins; his children, Jeff (Rebeca) Collins, Lance (Liz) Robinson, John Collins, Pam Collins; grandchildren: Briana Collins, Carly Allen, Tyler Collins, Austin Robinson; great grandchild: Haisley Maddox; and his siblings Ray Collins (brother), David Collins (brother), and Pat Stone (sister).
He was preceded in death by his parents William and Runette Collins and his sister, Johnny Canup.
A memorial service will be held at a later date determined by the family.
