Lieutenant Colonel Stanley Ray Parker Retired, “Ray” 90, born January 11, 1935 in Flomaton, Alabama passed away on Friday, June 6, 2025 in Mobile, Alabama.

Ray retired from the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence Oliver and Margaret Louise Campbell Parker; and a son-in-law, Allen Manring.

Left to cherish is memory is his loving and devoted wife, Rheda Dahlman Parker; his daughters, Amanda Manring and Minerva (Lee) Sheffel; step-sons, David (Natasha) Driskell, Danny (fiancée Tanya Rujirakraipong) Driskell and Brad (Laura) Driskell; a sister, Nancy Salazar; also, survived by several grandchildren and other relatives, family and friends.

A graveside Service will be held for Ray at 10:00 am on Monday, June 30, 2025 at at Alabama State Veterans, Memorial Cemetery, Spanish Fort, Alabama.
