Tanya H. Smith – a 68 year-old resident of Mobile passed away Saturday, October 8, 2011. Mrs. Smith was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star, and two local mystic societies. Her passion in life was flower gardening. Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Margaret Honodel. She is survived by her beloved husband of 31 years, Aubrey J. “Bo” Smith; son, Cooper Smith (Karen); grandson, Cooper Smith, III; brother, Richard Honodel, Jr.; nephew, Jason Honodel; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Monday, October 10, 2011, at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 noon until the service hour. Entombment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery.
