She is survived by her daughter, Elaine Rhoad (Danny); step-son, Neil Nicholas (Kim) and Henry her faithful Dachshund.
She was a lifelong member of Tanner Williams Assembly of God Church. She retired from the State of Alabama Unemployment Office. She loved her yard and flowers. She was the baby of 13 siblings and has lived the longest of them all. After serving the Lord all her life; Vera is now ready to enter Heaven reuniting with her mother, brothers and sisters.
Visitation for Mrs. Nicholas will be held on Monday, August 15, 2022 from 1:00 pm. until time of service at 2:00 pm. at Radney Funeral Home, 3155 Dauphin Street, Mobile, Alabama 36606.
Interment will follow in Joyner Cemetery, Mobile, Alabama.
