Mr. William Monroe Duke - a native of Newton County, Mississippi and a resident of Mobile, Alabama died Friday, June 29, 2012 at his residence. Mr. Duke is survived by four children, James Monroe Duke, William Clinton Duke, George Travis (Catherine) Duke, and Patrick Sinclair Duke; and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon on Thursday, July 5, 2012 from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 11 A.M. until 12 Noon Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
