William Richard Harrington

William R. “Harry” Harrington – a 77 year-old resident of Mobile, AL passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2012. He retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Senior Master Sergeant after 26 years of service. Harry was also the owner of Lawn Care Service for 13 years. He led a rich and full life and will be missed by all who were lucky enough to have met him. Harry was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.T. Harrington; son, James Michael Harrington; and nephew, David Allison. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Hilda T. Harrington; four sons, Douglas Harrington (James Mayo), Danny Henley, Fred Patterson (Barbara), and David Patterson (Shana); daughter, Kim Patterson; grandsons, Ryan and Neal Harrington and Gage and River Patterson; granddaughters, Molly Harrington, Natasha P. Melder Ami Patterson, and Nikki Samaha; sister, Avenelle Allison; and his first wife, Mary Johnston Briere. Graveside services will be held in St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery in Paulding, MS on Saturday, April 14, 2012, at 3 p.m. The family will receive friends at Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street on Friday, April 13, from 5-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Waterfront Rescue Mission, P.O.
