Willie Frank "Chubby" Livingston – 83, of Mobile, AL died August 26, 2015 at an assisted living facility in Thomasville, AL. A native of Silas, AL he was a retired carpenter and maintenance worker and Korean War veteran of the United States Navy. He is survived by his brother, John D. Livingston and closest friends, Alice McGuffee and Kim Hamilton. A celebration of life service will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street on Sunday, August 30, 2015, at 2 p.m. Interment will be held in Biloxi National Cemetery on Monday, August 31 at 12:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered at www.radneyfuneralhome-mobile.com.
