Wilson Leseur Williams

Born in Elkins, West Virginia, on January 15, 1939, to Horatio Leseur Williams and Lola Christine Williams, Wilson grew up in Davis, West Virginia, where he attended school and developed a lifelong curiosity for how things worked. He earned his BS degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University and his MS degree from State University of New York in Buffalo, New York. The State of West Virginia registered him as a Professional Engineer. Wilson’s career in the healthcare industry culminated in his retirement as Vice President at Children’s Hospital in New Orleans.

Wilson Williams was preceded in death by his father, Horatio Leseur Williams; his mother, Lola Christine Williams; and his wife, Mildred Williams.

He is survived by his wife, Marjory Williams; his children: John (Sasa) Williams of San Tan, AZ, Lisa (Bill) Mayo of Dalton, GA, Becky (Mitch) Osborne of League City, TX, and Tom (Angie) Williams of Woodstock, GA; grandchildren: Cameron Mayo, Whitney (Garrett) Tucker, Hannah (Matt) Harris, Tyler Osborne, Ansley Osborne, Connor Osborne, and Reese Williams; and great-grandchildren: Landon Harris, Peyton Harris, Bennett Harris, and Cooper Tucker.

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
